RETURNS

Returns are handled a case-by-case basis with the objective of providing a best
customer experience. We always strive to take care of customers with principles to be fair and reasonable, so that our customers, in turn, are fair with us.

About Returns

Our QC team of highest standard will review claimed defective/s through the images you provide.  Based on the review, we will issue return authorization number if it is deemed to be manufacturer defect/s.  We do NOT accept returns for any other reasons, period. 

  • You must call for Return Authorization (RA) within seven (7) days from receipt of item(s). If not, we can’t do anything, no exception. ‘Time limit Policy’.
  • Within ‘Time Limit Policy’,
    - If item(s) are deemed to be mfr. defects, Exchange, Refund or Credit can be issued upon request.
    - Company may accept a return freight charge upon verification of manufacturer defect through a store credit memo in your account.
  • Company will not be responsible for all returns without RA# irrelevant to proof of delivery (POD)

 

SHIPPING

How fast is your shipping?

We ship daily, Monday through Friday excluding weekends.

All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

 If USPS Priority Mail Shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business day(s) for your order to be delivered.

 

International Shipping

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages

- For lost packages, whether it was lost during transit or lost/stolen after delivery, the liability lies within the courier and the customer. We are only responsible until the package has been shipped out of our warehouse.
- If package has been lost during transit and/or after delivery, please inform us with as much as detail possible and we will file a claim on the courier. This process takes up to 5 business days after we have received your information regarding the lost package. 


Other Shipping Charges

We are not responsible for any other freight fees - including customs, postal services and returns.
No cancellation is allowed once the order is shipped. Customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges after the order leaves Naked Zebra warehouse.
