Shipping policy

How fast is our shipping?

We ship daily, Monday through Friday excluding weekends.

All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

If USPS Priority Mail Shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days (s) for your order to be delivered.

International Shipping

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages

For lost packages, whether it was lost during transit or lost/stolen after delivery, the liability lies within the courier and the customer. We are only responsible until the package has been shipped out of our warehouse.

If a package has been lost during transit and/or after delivery, please inform us with as much as detail possible and we will file a claim on the courier. This process takes up to 5 business days after we have received your information regarding the lost package. 

Other Shipping Charges

We are not responsible for any other freight fees - including customs, postal services, and returns.

No cancellation is allowed once the order is shipped. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges after the order leaves Naked Zebra warehouse.
